Our olives come from a total of 18,000 hectares of olive groves at an average altitude of 900 meters above sea level. They are almost exclusively of the Picual variety. They come from highest olive tree forest in Andalusia and Spain, which gives their oil unique characteristics, including a high level of polyphenols.
Our extra virgin olive oils have up to 700 ppm of polyphenols and can have up to twice as much as is normally present in other types of olive oil.
